otherwise we went on an amazing 30 mile ride which had the best sweeping 180 degree turn i have ever ridden on a road bike. it ended with a little rain, and the best spread of food i have witnessed since last year. thanks to everyone who came out.

petersham
We checked out kip's home in petersham for the 4th and ended up being in their town's parade. imagine a horse drawn hay wagon filled with kids from the city who haven't showered, not wearing red, white, and blue, being the first thing you see in a good ol' small town parade. we waved a ton and got harassed by this woman:

30 miles? that souunds beautiful. i used to ride my bike from allston to walden pond all the time in the summer. it was great b/c at the end of the ride you can just jump in the pond. i think that was 26 miles or something.
nice blog...as you can see, i tried to start one like forever ago, but never really got into it...
btw: you should change your "comments" to public, b/c right now, only people with google accounts can comment on your blog.
